Adios Austin

Katie tried her best not to breath on Babbitt while ill, but somehow he started to feel sick just as she was getting better...could be due to the fact that we were trapped in a tiny RV?  Babbitt's cold, however did not stop him from taking full advantage of the diving board at Barton Springs Pool or walking up to the highest point in Austin!
The O'Babbitt's at Barton Springs in Zilker Park
The water is naturally 68 degrees year round...luckily Katie slipped on some
algae & fell into the cool water, or she might have never gotten in
If you look closely you'll see Babbitt performing a flawless flip off the "Best Diving Board in Texas"
The pool is three acres in size and is fed by an underground spring
Our dinner of Fajitas & a Veggie Ruben at Magnolia Cafe
O'Babbitt Tip:  Don't miss this restaurant
Katie walking through the P. Terry's Drive Thru to get one more Caramel Shake before leaving Austin
We didn't realize that this P. Terry's only had a drive thru & since the Rig didn't fit...Katie took
the chance of getting hit by a car for one more shake...it was worth it
Babbitt taking in the scenery on the top of Mount Bonnell on our way out of town
