Rain Or Shine In Siesta Key

In an effort to continue our Florida beach tour we stopped at the #1 Beach in the U.S.A. and spent a few days in Siesta Key.  On day one we enjoyed a beautiful day on the beach, while our second day was filled with early morning yoga beachside, lots of rain, movies with popcorn, pop art in St. Armand's Circle, Munchies 420 and a home filled with water!
If you visit this beach & don't realize that it was voted #1 by Dr. Beach, then
you are not taking in the scenery...we lost count after the 48th sign
We strolled around St. Armand's Circle after seeing Spring Breakers (two thumbs down)
& found a little piece of home at David O'Kefee's Gallery
The O'Babbitt's waiting for our order at Munchies 420
We saw this restaurant on Man VS Food & had to give it a whirl
It's definitely something to see...they open at 4:20 p.m. and close at 4:20 a.m.
Babbitt enjoying the Fat Daddy
It takes quite awhile for the food to be made here, but the experience was worth it
After dumping buckets of water out of the Rig & drying our bedding out
we headed to Demetrio's for a tasty lunch...Thanks April for the great recommendation
