Key West Isn't A Drag

Once we noticed the weather was changing for the better, we knew we had to find a way to stay in Key West for an extra day and after quite a few conversations with the police department, the department of transportation and ultimately the parking authority...we found a street near the beach that we could park at until 11:00 p.m. So, we packed up the Rig early, got out of the KOA and made our way to the beach for a full day of bike rides, sun tanning, delicious food, a tour of Hemmingway's House, a beautiful sunset and even a drag show!
The O'Babbitt's at Ernest Hemingway's Home
We didn't really know what to expect when visiting this attraction,
but were happily surprised & even got to meet some of the home's six toed cats
Thanks to Nate for the great recommendation

Before the sunset we made sure to take advantage of Happy Hour at The Boathouse
O'Babbitt Tip: Don't leave Key West without eating Boathouse Bread...the Lobster Tempura wasn't too shabby either

  2. Katie, you are on your game. Puns in the blog title! If you are taking requests for literary devices, I'd like to see some alliteration?
