We were moving pretty slow when we woke up on our last day in Portland, but we did not let that stop us from covering lots of ground! We flipped our own flapjacks, walked across a real volcano, ate more donuts, climbed to the top of a waterfall & met a 70-year-old sturgeon named Herman. Our night ended perfectly by watching of one of our favorite TV shows, Portlandia. The Village Brunch was one of the best episodes & the Portland stereotypes couldn't have been more right on...we're just sad that we didn't put a bird on anything while in Portland! (For those of you who don't watch the show, we've included a link on the first photo below. Do yourself a favor & check it out.)

Our pancake masterpiece at Slappy Cakes The griddles in the middle of the table were so much fun, but as we looked around the restaurant we noticed we were the only adults without any children |

Mount Tabor Park Volcano?
Katie insisted that we see the extinct volcano inside the Portland city limits
We followed the map, but this hill was about all we saw...luckily Babbitt isn't holding too big of a grudge |

Annie's Donut Shop
These donuts blew Voodoo out of the water & we didn't have to wait in any lines |

The Multnomah Falls just outside of Portland
Katie was lucky enough to come here with her dad a few years ago, but ice on the trail forced them
to turn back before they reached the summit...she was determined to make it to the top this time |

The O'Babbitt's at the top of Multnomah Falls Babbitt was not enthusiastic about this hike, but it sure felt good to make it to the top in honor of Bob |

The Bonneville Fish Hatchery in Bonneville, OR Babbitt thought this was the best free aquarium of all time...Katie got a bit queasy while watching the video about how it all works, but agreed that the baby fish were neat |
