Tap The Rockies

Our schedule has been pretty loose since we started this trip, but today we had a date to see Katie's old roommate & our great friend, Jess & her fiance Phil in Silverthorne, CO.  BUT, before we headed into the snowy mountains we made a couple of crucial stops in Golden, CO at Lookout Mountain & the Coors Golden Brewery Tour.
View below from Lookout Mountain
We took an uphill jog atop this mountain before braving the strong winds & lunching in The Rig
Buffalo Bill Museum's Stained Glass Window
This museum as well as Buffalo Bill's gravesite are located on top of Lookout Mountain & even
though we had zero interest in visiting this museum, we had to at least check out the entrance
Cowboy Babbitt doing his best Buffalo Bill impression
The O'Babbitt's getting ready for their tour at Coors Brewery:
the largest single-site brewery in the U.S.
The Coors Brewery Production Line
Although the audio tour was thorough, the voice actors could learn a thing or two
...good thing the ice-cold Silver Bullet tasting made up for it
Jess & Phil
We are blaming the So Co & Lime Shots plus the altitude for our utter lack of photos
from this super fun night reminiscing & talking wedding plans with Jess, Phil, Skeep & Anders
Thanks to Jess & Phil for being such generous hosts & partying with us the night before an early flight to Virginia
