The Mile High City

Remember that magical iPhone we found?  Well, we had an incident in Boulder, Colorado, when that very miracle of a phone malfunctioned & lost 99% of our photos from the last six days.  So, we ask you to please, be patient with the next few posts & imagine our tiny faces below!

We drove to the Cave Of The Winds in Colorado Springs to do this...
BUT in person most of the obstacle course was over their parking lot rather than
the mountains, so we changed our minds & made our way to Denver instead

We had an amazing dinner here...French Onion Soup, Patty Melt and Macaroni & Cheese

After dinner we took a stroll through the 16th Street Mall...our walk was during nightfall, so please squint
Although the community pianos mixed in with shops were a happy surprise, we were still expecting more

Our second day in Denver started at Sam's No 3 & we couldn't have been happier
with our lunch of Huevos Rancheros with Green Chile & Steak Fajita Burrito

We fought off the Rockies fans attending the double header to taste test a few beers here:
Patty's Chile Beer, London Calling & Cowtown Milk Stout...we then made our way to the Great Divide,
but the smell of hops did not settle well with Katie...we might not be the best craft beer drinkers around

We drove to Cherry Creek to check out the mall, jog where we can only assume Peyton Manning
now lives & to have an outstanding time & gourmet meal with our generous bartender, Rick...
