Spring Training & The Sunset Cinema

While driving through Tampa, we decided that we had to see a Spring Training game while we were in town.  After a bit of research, we found that the Phillies had the most fan friendly stadium & their first spring training game was FREE to the public (now the Phillies played each other and the game ended after only 5 innings, but since we couldn't see the Cubs anyway this was good enough for us!)  We then headed back to Clearwater to eat pizza & popcorn and watch a classic film on the beach, that's right we saw Good Burger with Kenan & Kel!
We had to support the Chicago Cub's with our apparel
even though the Phillies were playing
Beer at Bright House Field
Brian was so excited to get this ball...we may have told the
usher that it was his birthday to get it, but we were only a few days off
Frenchy's Tiki Pavilion stays open 2 hours after the game...
so we may have filled up our binocular flask and enjoyed the great weather
The day couldn't have been better for Babbitt, he also got a FREE
Tony Luke's sandwich after the game, so we were forced to take a photo with
the Tony Luke cutout...guess there really is no such thing as a free lunch
We were the last fans to leave the field & also the parking lot
After a short nap in the Rig at Bright House Field, we headed to
Pier 60 for another sunset, great street performances & to watch Good Burger on the big screen
