Sweet Aunt B

After spending the night & showing Anne the ropes at the Pala Casino we headed back into the desert, but this time we had a very good reason to endure the heat, we had to see Katie & Anne's, Aunt Betty!  While we were there, we loaded Aunt B into The Rig a number of times, drank her famous hot tea, ate grapefruits the size of our heads, got some much needed laundry taken care of,  performed overdue RV maintenance & Babbitt even parted with his hair piece!

It is tradition to go directly to In-N-Out with Aunt B & Babbitt had been waiting since Texas for this moment
For dinner Katie insisted we try Sizzler, since they closed their doors in Indy & it ended up being the BEST

ended up being free after he received a reward for tunring in a lost wallet he found in the parking lot

We have heard for years that Aunt B is very lucky at casinos & since we were already on a casino kick,
we had to see it for ourselves...we quickly found out that the legends are true & all left winners

Wayne started out as Aunt B's mailcarrier 20+ years ago & after inviting him in for lunch while on his route each day, they have become family...we always love it when we get to see Wayne & Lori during our visit
