Camping On The Beach

We are sorry to report that the first O'Babbitt argument broke out today and it may have had something to do with Babbitt proposing to take Katie real life camping in Florida when it looked like it was going to rain.  Katie never thought she would think this, but it's one thing to stay in a Wal-Mart parking lot (mere steps away from running water & working toilets), but it is quite another roughing it in captivity without any hope for sun.  In the end, the sun started shining, the fight did not last long and the camping trip really wasn't camping at all...instead we took the Rig onto the beach with hot showers & everything.  Plus, if you could block out the helicopters constantly flying over, it was actually quite peaceful!

We accidently took a wrong turn on our way to the campground
and found this hidden gem...nothing like accidently learning something

Once Katie could lay out in the sun, her attitude changed very quickly
We also started jogging on the beach today...after eating nonstop food something had to give
We HAD to drive the Rig onto the beach on the other side of the campground
It started raining as soon as we drove onto the sand, so we didn't stay very long
If you look close you can see the helicopter training above
